Are your bathtime products safe?
All products have been tested to and exceed relevant European (EN71) and American (ASTM + CPSR) testing standards. We also have cosmetic testing for most of our products, which gives users that added piece of mind.
Do your products stain?
No - they will not stain your bath, skin, clothes or carpet; providing that instructions are followed correctly. We advise never to have direct skin to powder contact. By following the instructions and gently sprinkling the powder straight from the bag into the water there should not be any situation were skin becomes stained.
Where are your products manufactured?
Over 95%+ of our products are proudly manufactured in the UK.
How do I track my order?

Are your products patent and trademark protected?
Yes, we have a strong patent and trademark protection on our brands worldwide and we will aggressively protect our rights whenever necessary.
Would they be harmful if eaten?
Similar to shampoo or soap, our bath time products do not taste particularly nice, but won’t do any harm if accidentally consumed.
Does Gelli Baff or Slime Baff have an expiry date?
Neither Gelli Baff or Slime Baff 'go off' but have an official shelf life of 3 years.
How long will a Gelli Baff/Slime Baff mixture last before it breaks down?
Gelli Baff and Slime Baff are perfectly safe to use for many days if required! As part of the European Toy Testing regulations, they have passed a 'mould free stand test' for a minimum 31 day period.
What is the difference between Gelli Baff & Glibbi?
In Germany, Spain, Italy etc The Zimpli Kids range is sold under the trading name Glibbi. All Glibbi products have an identical English trading name.
What is the difference between Slime Baff & Ooze Baff?
In the US, The Zimpli Kids Slime Baff range is sold under the trading name Ooze Baff.
Is Gelli Baff or Slime Baff harmful to the environment?
No. There has been substantial testing on the ingredients used in Gelli Baff and Slime Baff - all of which conclude that there are no dangers to the environment as both products are certified bio-degradable. Click here to view the biodegradability test report
What happens if I get Slime Baff/Ooze Baff on my carpet?
Use a cloth with soap and hot water to scrub the carpet until you can no longer feel the Slime.
What is the difference between Gelli Baff & Slime Baff?
Gelli Baff has a thicker "jelly" texture and comes with two sachets - Step 1, the Gelli powder and Step 2, the Dissolver.Whereas the Slime Baff powder has a more gooey, slimy texture and only comes with the 1 sachet - the slime powder; which can be diluted by just adding more water.
What are the effects of Gelli Baff and Slime Baff on my drainage system?
Gelli Baff and Slime Baff, being both toy and cosmetic products, have passed through stringent testing and exceeded all safety requirements in Europe, the US & many other countries worldwide, along with all our other bath time ranges. Our bath products are certified biodegradable and will not cause any harm to your drains. However, if there are or have been existing problems with your drainage system ie a re-occurring blockage or very slow draining water then we do advise to dispose of the Gelli Baff or Slime Baff down a toilet or drain.
What dissolves Gelli Baff?
The dissolver powder included is ordinary table salt, so if for any reason you need to dilute the Gelli Baff further, just add more salt. Occasionally at the end of a Gelli Baff you may have a tiny amount of beads left, if so, simply scoop them up using a cup & flush down the toilet.
Can your bath time products be used in hot tubs?
Yes - but we do not recommend switching on the pumps that rotate water as most pumps have filters which will be too sensitive for Gelli Baff and Slime Baff.
Is it safe to use Gelli Baff and Slime Baff with Septic Tanks?
Yes - Both Gelli Baff and Slime Baff are safe to use with Septic Tanks.
Outdoor FAQs
Are your outdoor products safe?
Yes, just like our bath time products, our outdoor products have undergone stringent testing.
Are your products harmful to the environment?
As above description in bath time.Large quantities of Gelli Baff, Slime Baff and snow are not to be left on the grass as these products can be slippy - However, products are safe to be mixed in with soil and left to degrade naturally.
Can you use your outdoor pool packs again if left overnight?
Our products are completely safe to be left and used again. However, we do advise against this as foreign bodies can enter the substance from playing and could cause some skin irritation.
How do you dispose of the Gelli Baff and Slime Baff pool packs?
Just like our bath time products, the Gelli Baff pool pack comes with the step 1 Gelli Baff powder and the step 2 dissolver powder. If for any reason you need to dilute the Gelli Baff further - you can just add ordinary table salt. Once you have dissolved all the Gelli Baff, you can dispose of down a suitable drain or even better, down the toilet. To dilute the Slime Baff pool pack, just add more water until you are happy with the consistency and dispose of down a suitable drain, or even better toilet.
How do you dispose of the Snoball Battle Pack?
To dispose of the Snoball Battle Pack, simply scoop up any snow and dispose of in your general waste bin or dilute and throw down the toilet. It can even very safely be mixed into soil - do not leave it on the grass as this product can be slippy.
How can I get your outdoor products off the grass?
If any of our products do end up on the grass, just simply scoop up or sweep up and dispose of in your general waste or down the toilet. Or it can be hosed down with a powerful hosepipe until there is no substance left.
Can I use ordinary water in my Slime Blaster?
Of course! Our Slime Blaster is a 2 in 1 gun. Just add water as normal without any slime powder and shoot!
