We want you to be happy with your purchase from Zimpli Store. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in a resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

How to Request a Return

Include your order number and details of the issue.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are not refunded
  • We reserve the right to deduct a partial refund if items are returned in a condition that reduces their value

 

Replacements

  • Replacements are offered for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items only
  • We only send replacements to UK addresses
  • We do not ship replacements internationally

For customers outside the UK, approved issues will be resolved with a refund only.

 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos where possible

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used products
  • Opened items (unless faulty)
  • Items not in their original condition

 

Additional Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party couriers
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights
